Kent Exploration Inc, is a mineral exploration company building a portfolio of properties highly prospective for gold and silver, base metals and coal mineralization in the western United States and western Canada. The Company’s main objective is the acquisition of, and financing of exploration on, prospective mineral properties in areas of low political risk, close to support facilities and with ready, all weather access.

The Company has acquired four properties that meet this criteria and has made an application for coal permits on one other property.

Ivanhoe Creek, in Nevada's highly prolific Carlin Trend, lies approximately 12 miles S.E. of Newmont's Midas Mine and 3 miles north of Great Basin Gold's Hollister Development, where Great Basin reports it expects to produce approximately 160,000 oz/Au per year commencing in 2008.

During a diamond drill program testing for Midas-style gold-silver mineralization at depth, Senator Minerals, the operator, reported that drilling had intersected wide zones of anomalous gold and silver mineralization and that a previously unknown bentonite deposit had been discovered on the property and had been staked.

The Company's 800 acre, 100% optioned all weather accessible Rosebud property, which is highly prospective for gold-silver mineralization, lies just 27 miles N.E. of Kingman Arizona and only an hour and a half drive from Las Vegas. The property has 2,600 feet of historic underground workings to a depth of 400 feet and along strike for approximately 600 feet, on the Southwick double vein that has a known strike length of approximately 1 mile, from which samples, the highest grading 4.98 opt/Au and 6 opt/Ag, were taken from the 100 level in 2005.

In late 2006, the Company acquired a 100% mining lease option on the Flagstaff property, which is readily accessible from the town of Northport, WA, and only 15 miles south of Rossland, BC. This property, which is highly prospective for gold-silver mineralization hosts an historic, 1,300,000 ton barite deposit where, during the drill program defining the barite resource in 1981, CE Minerals reported a 60 ft intersection that graded approximately 1.307oz/Au per ton over 60ft.

In May 2008, the Company acquired a 100% mining lease option on the Silver Hill property, which is readily accessible from the town of Crawford Bay, BC, approximately 30 miles from Nelson, BC. This property, which is highly prospective for silver-lead-zinc mineralization

Note - The Company has not done sufficient work to verify the above historic grades and as such they should not be relied upon.

In May 2008, the Company applied for Coal Disposition Permits from the Government of Saskatchewan's Energy Resources Department on 18,432 ha in close proximity to the North American Gem "Adamas" coal discovery and the GoldSource coal discovery. In June of 2008 the Company applied for an additional 29,184 ha bring the total land package under application to 47,616 ha (approximately 119,040 acres)
