IVANHOE CREEK DIAMOND DRILL PROGRAM COMMENCED MAY 4, 2007 IN NEVADA'S HIGHLY PROLIFIC CARLIN TREND

Property Acquisition Parameters

Kent's management uses experienced exploration industry personnel to identify properties that are highly prospective for mineralization in areas of low political risk, close to support facilities and with ready all weather access.

Saskatchewan Coal.

The Company has made application to the Sakatchewan government for coal permits on approximately 18,432 hectares (72 square miles) in the emerging coal discovery area of east central Saskatchewan. Permitting approval is pending.

Silver Hill.

The Silver Hill property, a silver, lead, zinc prospect, is located in the in the Slocan Mining District of sout-eastern British Columbia. Minfile records indicate the 70,000 ounces of silver, 350,000lbs of lead and 35,000 lbs of zinc were recovered from approximately 2,400 tons of ore shipped from the property between 1951 and 1952.(non-43-101-compliant)

Ivanhoe Creek.

The Ivanhoe Creek property, a Midas-type gold-silver prospect, is located in the in the Carlin trend in the Northern Nevada Rift area of Nevada, in close proximity to Great Basin Gold's Hollister Development Block. A C$600,000 diamond drill program commenced on May 4, 2007. The Company acquired a 50% interest in the Ivanhoe Creek property from Senator Minerals by paying $600,000 into trust for the drilling program. Extensive research of the target model has been performed by Mr. R. Redfern, C.P.G., formerly a manager of exploration for Barrick Gold.

Rosebud

ROSEBUD

The Company's 100% optioned Rosebud property is located approximately 27 miles NNW of Kingman, AZ, and consists of 40 unpatented claims of 820 acres that include approximately 2,600 feet of underground workings that were developed between 1928 and 1930. During the period 1932 to 1942 when the mine was shut down under war measures regulations, there was some minor production of high grade gold ore. (four x 40 ton cars grading 1 opt au were reported as being shipped in 1938) .

In July, 2005, the Company completed an initial underground assessment program on the old Rosebud mine workings where sampling has generally confirmed the grades and widths as noted on the Jacobsen mine plan dated 1928 - 1932 and available for viewing on this website. The Company has received approval from the Kingman AZ office of the BLM to conduct both an underground sampling program and a 5,000 foot diamond drilling program to test the known vein structures to depth.

Flagstaff

FLAGSTAFF D

The Flagstaff property, consisting of 16 unpatented claims of approximately 320 acres, is located approximately 15 Km south of Rossland, BC, in Washington state, and is readily accessible from the town of Northport, WA. The property is highly prospective for high grade gold and silver mineralization and contains a historic (1981) resource of 1.3 million tons of 4.2 SG barite.

Of 19,290 feet of drilling to outline the barite resource, CE Minerals reportedly intercepted 810 feet grading an average 0.254 ounces au/ton of which one 60 foot intercept reportedly graded an average of 1.302 ounces au/ton. The Company has made application to the Spokane office of the BLM to conduct a 1,000 ton barite bulk sample, drill up to ten diamond drill holes to test the reported high grade gold intercepts, and to conduct an IP survey on the property.

The Company advises that insufficent work has been performed on the property to confirm the above historic results and as such they are not NI-43-101-compliant and should not be relied upon
