Rosebud Property.  The Rosebud property, located 29 miles north-northeast of Kingman Arizona, consists of 40 unpatented claims of approximately 820 acres and 4.53 acres of deeded land.

Mineralization consists of gold and silver in shear zones. Historical reports by Elwell in 1983 and Bayrock in 1986 and Reliance Geological in 1995 are available for viewing in the Rosebud Historical section of this site.

Gold

In 2005, a high grade gold sample of 170.74 g/t Au (4.98 opt/Au) and 216 g/t Ag (6.3 opt/Ag) was taken over 1.5ft from the 100 level of the 1928-1932 historical exploratory workings. Of the eight known veins on the property, only the Southwick double vein was explored to any extent during the period 1928-1932. A copy of the original mine plan developed in this period shows the approximately 2,600 feet of shafts, raises, drifts and winzes that were developed for approximately 600ft along strike on the Southwick vein that has a known strike length of approximately 1 mile.

Hole number 1, which will be approximately 550 feet in length, is planned to intercept the east vein of the Southwick zone at approximately 380 feet. The drill rig is a Longyear 44 and the drill core diameter is HQ (2.5 inch core)

In 2007, a metallurgical test was performed by Process Research Associates of Richmond, BC, on a 4kg sample of oxide ore that was taken from stope fill on the 100 level. The head grade for this sample graded 4g/t Au (0.12 opt/Au) with a final grade of 9.3 g/t Au (0.27 opt/Au)and an 87% gravity recovery. A visible flake of gold was noted in the pan (below) when the fines were panned prior to the final assay.

The Company has received approval, and posted the reclamation bond to the United States Bureau of Land Management for, a 5,000ft diamond drilling program to test the eight known veins to depth and for a comprehensive underground sampling program from the Kingman, AZ, office of the BLM.

Silver

While the Rosebud property is historically better known for the reported high grade gold content, recent sampling from the mine tailings and dump and the underground workings, as reported in the Company's news release KENT2005-05, shows a number of significant silver assays.

Of 17 samples, four graded 80.91 g/t Ag (2.36 opt/Au) to 95.31 g/t Ag (2.78 opt/Au), two graded between 113.4 g/t Ag (3.3 opt/Ag) to 133.37 g/t Ag (3.89 opt/Ag) , one graded 168.34 g/t Ag (4.91 opt/Ag) , one graded 216 g/t Ag (6.3 opt/Ag) , one graded 352.8 gt/Ag (10.29 opt/Ag) and one graded 710.74 gt/Ag (20.73 opt/Ag).

A NI 43-101-compliant-report dated November 1, 2005 by E. Harrington of Reliance Geological Services has been completed on the property and is available for viewing here. NI 43-101 Technical Report

The 1995 surface sampling program on the Rosebud property from other mineralized showings carried out by Reliance Geological and included in this NI-43-101-compliant report, show 23 select surface samples grading over 0.5 g/t Au (0.0146opt/Au). Four of these surface samples taken from separate mineralized parallel zones graded silver at 76.8 g/t Ag (2.24opt/Ag), 147.43 g/t Ag (4.3 opt , 277.03 g/t Ag (8.08 opt), and 1,577 g/t Ag (46 opt) respectively. Three other samples that had minor gold values graded 129.94 g/t Ag (3.79 opt) ,263.65 g/t Ag (7.69 opt) and 288.68 g/t Ag (8.42 opt) silver respectively.
